The Suites

Unlike the other Suites down on flamingo and Boulder, I feel totally safe here. Quiet and nobody walking all over the place asking for cigarettes (or whatever else they can think of) And having it right into the entrance of a neighborhood is probably the best part. It feels like an actual apartment. They clean the complex, nobody is digging in trash bins at all hours of the night. And the office is really good at doing what they need to be doing. Plus they redid a lot of the rooms so it's much much nicer than anything comparable.

I like it. It's quiet and staff is friendly. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The appliances seem to not work correctly. And the TV has a bad picture. But I still like it it's a good place to stay temporarily.

The staff there is very helpful play the security there is pretty cool the rooms were nice no roaches very clean had cable all that. The grounds are cared for. I'll be back

Been wanting to say this for a long time but did not know where to leave the review. This place has one of the best customer service teams known to demand. There's a women that works in the front office named Mindy, she does excellent work and I feel she deserves a raise. Every time we talk to her or have a problem, she helps us so much and it's unnoticed. There is also a security guard named David, he does excellent work as well. Whenever we have a situation that needs handling, he is always there to help and he makes sure the problem is handled accordingly. I love this place and wouldn't trade the service for nothing!

My daughter moved in last week, and Mindy is such an amazing Lady and the management there, beautiful humanity and cares about people coming to stay, These Suites are the Most clean, managed and is the Best in Las Vegas....

I've been here a year and everyone is super nice and friendly very helpful whenever you need something security is always doing their rounds

We needed a place to live and Amber at The Suites @ Indios office made it happen and made us feel wanted and appreciated. We were blessed to get a one bedroom suite and it was clean and available for immediate move in. And...shortly after our move-in we noticed that the commode wasn't flushing properly. After reporting the problem to Amber we (again) were blessed as the maintenance crew installed a brand new toilet in our unit. People like Amber truly make the world a BETTER place‼ Thank you Amber -- Stay Sensational‼

Great place, a bit pricey for 1 room, but no lease background, they take pets no breed restriction, active security, all the staff are AWESOME and you can pay week to week or month to month and when you're done with your stay, just go and check out. Maybe don't be walking around this area at night tho, but I have a 70k Challenger (the most stolen car in America) and never had any issues at all at this place. Nobody even got within 20 ft of my car unless getting into their own car

Have been here for three months now, yes, we had a roach problem but got some spray and asked them to put a door sweeper on bottom of the door and now don't have any roach problem, also keep the room clean. Have free cable, electricity, and water. Bed is ok. Some disturbances on weekends but otherwise feel safe here.

The rooms are what one would expect. Not terrible. The area is convenient, although there is a lot of busy body broads, and homeless in the area, they mind their business. Security (Brian) is awesome. I was sitting on the stairs just getting some space and he asked if I was alright. He even advised a couple where to park so he could keep an eye on there car. It was a really nice ride
